Aloo Palak - High Protein

Aloo Palak

What's needed 
1/2 onion chopped
100g potatoes cubed
1 green chilli chopped
1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic
250g palak chopped
1/2 scoop EBS Unflavoured Protein
1/2 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 
2 tbsp oil

Method
In a pan add oil and add chopped onions fry for 2 mins
Add chopped ginger,garlic, chilli, potatoes - fry for 2 mins
Add the tomato and the dry masalas - fry for 2 mins
Add the spinach leaves and stir everything
Cover and cook for 10 mins adding
Add a little water if required 
Open and check if potato is done 
Turn the heat off and add 1/2 scoop of EBS unflavoured protien powder 
Mix well
And it’s ready
