Dahi Kadhi - High Protein, Zero Bloat

Recipe
1 cup Dahi
1 cup water
1 scoop unflavoured pro gut protein powder ONLY (otherwise you can bloat!)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon chopped ginger garlic
1/2 tea spoon salt
10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon coriander leave
1 teaspoon ghee
Method
Mix Dahi water protien powder turmeric and salt - whisk well
Put in hot wok and cook for 5 minutes turn heat off
Do tadka with ghee mustard seeds ginger garlic chiili curry leaves chiili powder
Add on top and boil for 1 minute
Remove, garnish with coriander and let it cool for 10 mins before eating
