Simple & Effective 10-Day Gut Reset Diet

 

When it comes to your GUT, reseting it every 6-8 weeks can give you miraculous results which will help with your social life, your vacations, hormones, energy, and immunity

Your GUT lining regenerates every 6 days so use it to your advantage and do this simple, easy diet from your kitchen (no liquid diet, simple homemade food) with superfoods that help sustain results long-term

Save this diet and do it regularly - the superfoods you get can be used in your daily routine even when you are not doing the GUT diet

Strained overnight soaked ajwain seed water (1 tsp ajwain in 1 glass of water) - on an empty stomach

Meal 1: Have 1 scoop of the PRO-GUT unflavoured or chocolate protein (what you have got in your package). You can add 1 elaichi banana and make a shake

Meal 2:  70g cooked white rice or gluten-free roti + 150g cooked vegetables (don't have green peas or cruciferous vegetables) + 1 cup of super fasting broth (what you have got in your package)

Meal3: 100g fruit (papaya or musk melon) or 10 overnight soaked almonds + 2 overnight soaked walnuts (continue to see Meal 4)

Meal 4: 2 sweet potato tikkis (continue for recipe)/ 2 eggs/ 120g white fish + 1 cup of fasting broth + 150g cooked veggies + 60g cooked rice

After dinner : Have 1 small tsp SuperCleanse (what you have got in your package) in warm water (super important to cleanse your colon + heal gut)

How to make sweet potato tikkis: 

1/2 scoop (16g) of our unflavoured protein collagen, 50g grated pumpkin or sweet potato, 1/2 medium sized potato, some chopped coriander, garlic ginger to taste and all the other spices to taste (cumin, garam masala, haldi, chilli)
Mix it all and then pan fry on a low flame
Then shape it into tikkis & put in airfryer for 10 minutes
