5 habits I have followed and will continue to follow for acne free glowing skin even at age 50!

Firstly I will believe that my body can rejuvenate, age gracefully and activate anti-aging gene EVEN AS I AGE - because if we don’t believe, then we won’t attract it ❤️

1. I will continue to have my 18+ herbs that I am having - given the fact that I have done no facials or clean up or treatment and only had these, I am sure they are SUPER POTENT TO ACTIVATE ANTI-AGING GENE! I feel any of you who are not having these - should have instead of just going for invasive stuff! Link below!

2. Facial oils - this is a big thing that has really worked for me and I feel Indian skins are thicker and only moisturiser doesn’t do it to give that glow, shine, wrinkle free look - when I wake up in the morning - I go to my powder room and first put a layer of castor oil post cleansing face (please do patch test) and then I put moisturiser! And night I do this with hemp seed oil and beginners retinol and then my moisturiser

3. Protein + collagen - magnificent difference has been made when I have had both together - and here is why it makes a difference - because skin cell is built by amino acids and protein is ALL 9 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS and then to that when we add bio available / potent herbs that boost our existing collagen, it’s a game changer - and that’s why I made this from scratch because NOBODY ELSE WAS DOING THIS IN INDIA OR ABROAD - so my protein collagen has hemp seed + rice isolate + amla + acerola cherry + astaxanthin + sesbania agati + seabuckthorn- this gives 22.4 gms of complete protein, absorbable iron, very active vitamin c and biotin!

4. Work on 3 hormones - estrogen, progesterone and cortisol - cortisol I have aced the game with my meditations, with changing my narrative, prioritizing sleep. For estrogen and progesterone, one needs to see their levels and then figure holistic solutions - so if your progesterone is low you can have chasteberry daily and if your estrogen is low, you need to have rhaptonic rhubarb extract - BUT BOTH NEED TO BE HAD ONLY ONCE YOU KNOW YOUR HORMONE LEVELS
 
5. For any kind of night sweats, mood swings, hot flashes - have sepia 200 + cimicifuga 200 (they are homeopathy and consult a professional- it’s 4 drops each twice a day - you get them on amazon) and start every morning water with mulethi powder (licorice) that helps a lot with calming! Night sweats etc completely disturb someone’s sanity that leads to horrible sleep and then aged skin
