Aloo Palak - High Protein
🥬 Aloo Palak
📝 What's Needed
- 1/2 onion, chopped 🧅
- 100g potatoes, cubed 🥔
- 1 green chilli, chopped 🌶️
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic 🧄
- 250g palak (spinach), chopped 🥬
- 1/2 scoop EBS Unflavoured Protein 💪
- 1/2 tomato, chopped 🍅
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 🌿
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder 🌿
- 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 🌶️
- 2 tbsp oil 🛢️
👩 Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry for 2 mins.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, chilli, and potatoes. Fry for another 2 mins.
- Add chopped tomato and dry masalas. Stir and fry for 2 mins.
- Add spinach leaves and mix everything well.
- Cover and cook for 10 mins. Add a little water if needed 💧.
- Open the lid and check if the potatoes are cooked.
- Turn off the heat and add 1/2 scoop of EBS Unflavoured Protein Powder.
- Mix well and serve hot! 🍽️
