  • 1/2 onion, chopped πŸ§…
  • 100g potatoes, cubed πŸ₯”
  • 1 green chilli, chopped 🌢️
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic πŸ§„
  • 250g palak (spinach), chopped πŸ₯¬
  • 1/2 scoop EBS Unflavoured Protein πŸ’ͺ
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped πŸ…
  • 1/2 tsp salt πŸ§‚
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 🌿
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder 🌿
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 🌢️
  • 2 tbsp oil πŸ›’οΈ

πŸ‘© Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add chopped ginger, garlic, chilli, and potatoes. Fry for another 2 mins.
  3. Add chopped tomato and dry masalas. Stir and fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add spinach leaves and mix everything well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Add a little water if needed πŸ’§.
  6. Open the lid and check if the potatoes are cooked.
  7. Turn off the heat and add 1/2 scoop of EBS Unflavoured Protein Powder.
  8. Mix well and serve hot! 🍽️
