Aloo Palak - High Protein - Eat Breathe Smile

🥬 Aloo Palak

📝 What's Needed

  • 1/2 onion, chopped 🧅
  • 100g potatoes, cubed 🥔
  • 1 green chilli, chopped 🌶️
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic 🧄
  • 250g palak (spinach), chopped 🥬
  • 1/2 scoop EBS Unflavoured Protein 💪
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped 🍅
  • 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 🌿
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder 🌿
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder 🌶️
  • 2 tbsp oil 🛢️

👩 Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add chopped ginger, garlic, chilli, and potatoes. Fry for another 2 mins.
  3. Add chopped tomato and dry masalas. Stir and fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add spinach leaves and mix everything well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Add a little water if needed 💧.
  6. Open the lid and check if the potatoes are cooked.
  7. Turn off the heat and add 1/2 scoop of EBS Unflavoured Protein Powder.
  8. Mix well and serve hot! 🍽️
