🍎 Chocolate Apple Protein Jelly

πŸ“ What You Need

  • 1 large red apple – skin off, cut in cubes 🍏
  • 1 tsp honey 🍯
  • 1 tsp agar agar powder mixed in 80ml hot water πŸ’§
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powderΒ 
  • 1 scoop PRO-GUT Chocolate Protein Collagen πŸ’ͺ
  • Almond flakes for garnish 🌿

  1. In a pan, sautΓ© the apple cubes with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powderΒ 
  2. Add the agar agar water and honey to the pan, let it simmer ♨️
  3. Cool the mixture slightly, then transfer to a blender with 1 scoop chocolate protein powder πŸ”
  4. Blend to a smooth consistency πŸŒ€
  5. Pour into a bowl and garnish with almond flakes or pistachiosΒ 
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving ❄️
