Apple Panna Cotta - High Protein

🍎 Chocolate Apple Protein Jelly

📝 What You Need

  • 1 large red apple – skin off, cut in cubes 🍏
  • 1 tsp honey 🍯
  • 1 tsp agar agar powder mixed in 80ml hot water 💧
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
  • 1 scoop PRO-GUT Chocolate Protein Collagen 💪
  • Almond flakes for garnish 🌿

👩 Method

  1. In a pan, sauté the apple cubes with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
  2. Add the agar agar water and honey to the pan, let it simmer ♨️
  3. Cool the mixture slightly, then transfer to a blender with 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 🔁
  4. Blend to a smooth consistency 🌀
  5. Pour into a bowl and garnish with almond flakes or pistachios 
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving ❄️
