Beetroot Dip
π Ingredients
- 3 medium beetroots, peeled and cubed β€οΈ
- 1 cup water π§
- 1 green chilli πΆοΈ
- 1 tbsp almonds (blanched) π°
- 2 garlic cloves π§
- 1 tsp lemon juice π
- 1/4 cup fasting broth (or vegetable broth) π΅
- 2 tbsp curd (yogurt) π₯
- Salt to taste π§
- Black pepper to taste πΏ
π¨ Method
- Cook the cubed beetroots in 1 cup water until tender but still slightly firm to the bite. β€οΈπ§
- Drain excess water if any, and let cool slightly.
- Blend the cooked beetroots with green chilli, almonds, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. π°πΆοΈπ§π
- Now add our Super Fasting Broth π΅ and blend again for enhanced flavour and nutrition.
- Add curd, salt, and pepper, and continue blending until silky and creamy. π₯π§πΏ
