Beetroot Dip
📝 Ingredients
- 3 medium beetroots, peeled and cubed ❤️
- 1 cup water 💧
- 1 green chilli 🌶️
- 1 tbsp almonds (blanched) 🌰
- 2 garlic cloves 🧄
- 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1/4 cup fasting broth (or vegetable broth) 🍵
- 2 tbsp curd (yogurt) 🥛
- Salt to taste 🧂
- Black pepper to taste 🌿
👨 Method
- Cook the cubed beetroots in 1 cup water until tender but still slightly firm to the bite. ❤️💧
- Drain excess water if any, and let cool slightly.
- Blend the cooked beetroots with green chilli, almonds, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. 🌰🌶️🧄🍋
- Now add our Super Fasting Broth 🍵 and blend again for enhanced flavour and nutrition.
- Add curd, salt, and pepper, and continue blending until silky and creamy. 🥛🧂🌿
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve chilled or at room temperature. ❄️✨
