  • 3 medium beetroots, peeled and cubed ❀️

  • 1 tbsp almonds (blanched) 🌰
  • 2 garlic cloves πŸ§„
  • 1 tsp lemon juice πŸ‹
  • 1/4 cup fasting broth (or vegetable broth) 🍡
  • 2 tbsp curd (yogurt) πŸ₯›
  • Salt to taste πŸ§‚
  • Black pepper to taste 🌿

  1. Cook the cubed beetroots in 1 cup water until tender but still slightly firm to the bite. β€οΈπŸ’§
  2. Drain excess water if any, and let cool slightly.
  3. Blend the cooked beetroots with green chilli, almonds, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. πŸŒ°πŸŒΆοΈπŸ§„πŸ‹
