Beetroot Dip

📝 Ingredients

  • 3 medium beetroots, peeled and cubed ❤️
  • 1 cup water 💧
  • 1 green chilli 🌶️
  • 1 tbsp almonds (blanched) 🌰
  • 2 garlic cloves 🧄
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 1/4 cup fasting broth (or vegetable broth) 🍵
  • 2 tbsp curd (yogurt) 🥛
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • Black pepper to taste 🌿

👨 Method

  1. Cook the cubed beetroots in 1 cup water until tender but still slightly firm to the bite. ❤️💧
  2. Drain excess water if any, and let cool slightly.
  3. Blend the cooked beetroots with green chilli, almonds, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth. 🌰🌶️🧄🍋
  4. Now add our Super Fasting Broth 🍵 and blend again for enhanced flavour and nutrition.
  5. Add curd, salt, and pepper, and continue blending until silky and creamy. 🥛🧂🌿
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve chilled or at room temperature. ❄️✨
