Dahi Bhindi - High Protein
π₯£ Bhindi Yogurt Masala Recipe
π Ingredients
- 250g Bhindi (Okra), cubed π₯¬
- 2 tbsp coconut oil π₯₯
- 1 tsp turmeric powder πΏ
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder πΆοΈ
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder πΏ
- 3/4 tsp salt π§
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds π±
- 1/2 onion, chopped π§
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic π§
- 3 tbsp curd (yogurt) π₯
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves πΏ
π¨ Method
- Fry Bhindi with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp salt in 1 tbsp oil for 5 minutes.Β
- Remove and set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and sautΓ© chopped onion with cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic for 1 minute. π§ π§
- Mix 3 tbsp curd with 1/2 tsp each of Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. π₯£
- Add the yogurt mix to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, adding 1/4 cup water π§.
- Add the cooked Bhindi back in and cook until semi-dry.
- Add 1/2 scoop of EBS Unflavoured Protein Powder πͺ and stir well. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot! πΏ
