π Ingredients
- 1 cup Dahi π₯
- 1 cup water π§
- 1 scoop Pro-Gut Protein Powder ONLY
(otherwise you can bloat!) - 1/2 tsp turmeric πΏ
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder πΆοΈ
- 1 green chilli πΆοΈ
- 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic π§
- 1/2 tsp salt π§
- 10 curry leaves πΏ
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves πΏ
- 1 tsp ghee π§
π¨ Method
- Mix Dahi, water, protein powder, turmeric, and salt β whisk well π
- Put the mixture into a hot wok and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat π₯
- Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and chilli powderΒ
- Add the tadka on top and let it boil for 1 minute
- Remove, garnish with coriander, and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating πΏ
