๐ Ingredients
- 1 cup Dahi ๐ฅ
- 1 cup water ๐ง
- 1 scoop Pro-Gut Protein Powder ONLY
(otherwise you can bloat!) - 1/2 tsp turmeric ๐ฟ
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 green chilli ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic ๐ง
- 1/2 tsp salt ๐ง
- 10 curry leaves ๐ฟ
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves ๐ฟ
- 1 tsp ghee ๐ง
๐จ Method
- Mix Dahi, water, protein powder, turmeric, and salt โ whisk well ๐
- Put the mixture into a hot wok and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat ๐ฅ
- Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and chilli powderย
- Add the tadka on top and let it boil for 1 minute
- Remove, garnish with coriander, and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating ๐ฟ
