Dahi Kadhi - High Protein, Zero Bloat

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dahi 🥛
  • 1 cup water 💧
  • 1 scoop Pro-Gut Protein Powder ONLY
    (otherwise you can bloat!)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 🌿
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder 🌶️
  • 1 green chilli 🌶️
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic 🧄
  • 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
  • 10 curry leaves 🌿
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves 🌿
  • 1 tsp ghee 🧈

👨 Method

  1. Mix Dahi, water, protein powder, turmeric, and salt – whisk well 🌀
  2. Put the mixture into a hot wok and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat 🔥
  3. Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and chilli powder 
  4. Add the tadka on top and let it boil for 1 minute
  5. Remove, garnish with coriander, and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating 🌿
