📝 Ingredients
- 1 cup Dahi 🥛
- 1 cup water 💧
- 1 scoop Pro-Gut Protein Powder ONLY
(otherwise you can bloat!) - 1/2 tsp turmeric 🌿
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder 🌶️
- 1 green chilli 🌶️
- 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic 🧄
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 10 curry leaves 🌿
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves 🌿
- 1 tsp ghee 🧈
👨 Method
- Mix Dahi, water, protein powder, turmeric, and salt – whisk well 🌀
- Put the mixture into a hot wok and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat 🔥
- Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and chilli powder
- Add the tadka on top and let it boil for 1 minute
- Remove, garnish with coriander, and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating 🌿
