๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dahi ๐Ÿฅ›
  • 1 cup water ๐Ÿ’ง
  • 1 scoop Pro-Gut Protein Powder ONLY
    (otherwise you can bloat!)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 green chilli ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic ๐Ÿง„
  • 1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
  • 10 curry leaves ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 tsp ghee ๐Ÿงˆ

๐Ÿ‘จ Method

  1. Mix Dahi, water, protein powder, turmeric, and salt โ€“ whisk well ๐ŸŒ€
  2. Put the mixture into a hot wok and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat ๐Ÿ”ฅ
  3. Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, ginger garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and chilli powderย 
  4. Add the tadka on top and let it boil for 1 minute
  5. Remove, garnish with coriander, and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating ๐ŸŒฟ
