Masala Boiled Eggs ✨

What You Need

  • 4 boiled eggs (halved)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Jalapeño or 2 red chillies (adjust to spice tolerance)
  • 3 sprigs Curry Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Super Fasting Broth
  • Chopped Coriander


What To Do

  1. ✨ In a pan, add ghee.
  2. ✨ Once hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  3. ✨ Add jalapeños or chillies.
  4. ✨ Add 1 tbsp Super Fasting Broth and 3 tbsp water.
  5. ✨ Add boiled eggs and toss while the masala simmers!
  6. ✨ Garnish with chopped coriander.
