Masala Chilli Oil
🌶️ Spicy Sesame Chilli Oil
👩Method
- ✨ Finely chop the following and add to a bowl:
- 3–4 Jalapeños/Bullet Chillis (add green chillis for more heat) 🌶️
- 1/2 red onion or 2 Sambhar onions 🧅
- 7–8 garlic cloves (with skin for extra flavor) 🧄
- Coriander stems (not leaves) 🌿
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds ⚪
- 1.5 tbsp Super Fasting Broth Powder 🥄
- Salt to taste 🧂
- ✨ Keep all chopped ingredients in a bowl suitable for hot oil ♨️
- ✨ Heat 1 cup of oil (I used a mix of cold-pressed sesame and olive oil – vegetable oil works too) 🛢️
- ✨ Once oil reaches smoking point, carefully pour it over the chopped mixture ♨️
- ✨ Let it settle, then stir well and store in an airtight, moisture-free container 🫙
