๐Ÿฅช High-Protein Veg Cutlet Sandwich

๐Ÿ“ What Youโ€™ll Need

  • 100g boiled potato ๐Ÿฅ”
  • 100g boiled sweet potato ๐Ÿ 
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots ๐Ÿฅ•
  • 2 tbsp chopped beetroot ๐Ÿงƒ
  • 2 tbsp green spring onions ๐ŸŒฑ
  • 1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste ๐Ÿง„
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder ๐Ÿ›
  • 1 green chilli, chopped ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 2 tbsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹
  • 1 scoop Eat Breathe Smile Unflavoured Protein Powder ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿ‘จ Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 cutlets ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
  2. Shallow fry the cutlets in 2 tsp ghee โ€“ 1 min each side ๐Ÿงˆ
  3. Toast 2 sourdough bread slices in 1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿž
  4. Spread 2 tbsp hung curd on the toasted bread ๐Ÿฅ›
  5. Optionally, add 1 tsp green chutney ๐ŸŒฟ
  6. Place 2 tomato slices over it ๐Ÿ…
  7. Put the hot cutlet on top ๐Ÿ”
  8. Add shredded lettuce over the cutlet ๐Ÿฅฌ
  9. Assemble and enjoy your sandwich! ๐Ÿ˜‹
