Open Sandwich - High Protein
๐ฅช High-Protein Veg Cutlet Sandwich
๐ What Youโll Need
- 100g boiled potato ๐ฅ
- 100g boiled sweet potato ๐
- 2 tbsp chopped carrots ๐ฅ
- 2 tbsp chopped beetroot ๐ง
- 2 tbsp green spring onions ๐ฑ
- 1/2 tsp salt ๐ง
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder ๐ฟ
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste ๐ง
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder ๐
- 1 green chilli, chopped ๐ถ๏ธ
- 2 tbsp lime juice ๐
- 1 scoop Eat Breathe Smile Unflavoured Protein Powder ๐ช
๐จ Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 cutlets ๐ฝ๏ธ
- Shallow fry the cutlets in 2 tsp ghee โ 1 min each side ๐ง
- Toast 2 sourdough bread slices in 1 tbsp olive oil ๐
- Spread 2 tbsp hung curd on the toasted bread ๐ฅ
- Optionally, add 1 tsp green chutney ๐ฟ
- Place 2 tomato slices over it ๐
- Put the hot cutlet on top ๐
- Add shredded lettuce over the cutlet ๐ฅฌ
- Assemble and enjoy your sandwich! ๐
