Open Sandwich - High Protein
π₯ͺ High-Protein Veg Cutlet Sandwich
π What Youβll Need
- 100g boiled potato π₯
- 100g boiled sweet potato π
- 2 tbsp chopped carrots π₯
- 2 tbsp chopped beetroot π§
- 2 tbsp green spring onions π±
- 1/2 tsp salt π§
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder πΏ
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste π§
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder πΆοΈ
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder π
- 1 green chilli, chopped πΆοΈ
- 2 tbsp lime juice π
- 1 scoop Eat Breathe Smile Unflavoured Protein Powder πͺ
π¨ Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 cutlets π½οΈ
- Shallow fry the cutlets in 2 tsp ghee β 1 min each side π§
- Toast 2 sourdough bread slices in 1 tbsp olive oil π
- Spread 2 tbsp hung curd on the toasted bread π₯
- Optionally, add 1 tsp green chutney πΏ
- Place 2 tomato slices over it π
- Put the hot cutlet on top π
- Add shredded lettuce over the cutlet π₯¬
- Assemble and enjoy your sandwich! π
