  • 100g boiled potato πŸ₯”
  • 100g boiled sweet potato 🍠
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots πŸ₯•
  • 2 tbsp chopped beetroot πŸ§ƒ
  • 2 tbsp green spring onions 🌱
  • 1/2 tsp salt πŸ§‚
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder 🌿
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste πŸ§„
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder 🌢️
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder πŸ›
  • 1 green chilli, chopped 🌢️
  • 2 tbsp lime juice πŸ‹
  • 1 scoop Eat Breathe Smile Unflavoured Protein Powder πŸ’ͺ

πŸ‘¨ Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 cutlets 🍽️
  2. Shallow fry the cutlets in 2 tsp ghee – 1 min each side 🧈
  3. Toast 2 sourdough bread slices in 1 tbsp olive oil 🍞
  4. Spread 2 tbsp hung curd on the toasted bread πŸ₯›
  5. Optionally, add 1 tsp green chutney 🌿
  6. Place 2 tomato slices over it πŸ…
  7. Put the hot cutlet on top πŸ”
  8. Add shredded lettuce over the cutlet πŸ₯¬
