Salad - High Protein
๐ฅ Protein-Rich Curd Salad with Tadka
๐ What You'll Need
- 1/2 carrot ๐ฅ
- 1/2 scoop Unflavoured Pro-Gut Super Vegan Protein Collagen Powder (11.2g protein) ๐ช
- 1/2 cup curd (Mother Dairy, 3.7g protein) ๐ฅ
- 1.5 tsp roasted jeera ๐ฟ
- 5 tsp pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
- Salt to taste ๐ง
- 1/4 cup water ๐ง
๐ถ๏ธ For Tadka
- 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil ๐ง
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds ๐ฑ
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds โช
- 3 sprigs curry leaves ๐ฟ
๐จMethod
- Peel and cut cucumber and carrot ๐ฅ๐ฅ
- In a bowl, take 1/2 cup curd, jeera powder, salt, pepper, and Pro-Gut protein powder ๐ช
- Whisk until smooth and well mixed ๐ฅฃ
- Add the prepped carrot and cucumber to the mixture ๐ฅ
- Heat ghee or oil till smoking point โจ๏ธ
- Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves to the hot oil ๐ฟ
- Pour the tadka over the salad and mix ๐
- Now you've got a complete, protein-packed meal! โจ๐
