π₯ Protein-Rich Curd Salad with Tadka
π What You'll Need
- 1/2 carrot π₯
- 1/2 scoop Unflavoured Pro-Gut Super Vegan Protein Collagen Powder (11.2g protein) πͺ
- 1/2 cup curd (Mother Dairy, 3.7g protein) π₯
- 1.5 tsp roasted jeera πΏ
- 5 tsp pepper πΆοΈ
- Salt to taste π§
- 1/4 cup water π§
πΆοΈ For Tadka
- 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil π§
- 1 tsp black mustard seeds π±
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds βͺ
- 3 sprigs curry leaves πΏ
π¨Method
- Peel and cut cucumber and carrot π₯π₯
- In a bowl, take 1/2 cup curd, jeera powder, salt, pepper, and Pro-Gut protein powder πͺ
- Whisk until smooth and well mixed π₯£
- Add the prepped carrot and cucumber to the mixture π₯
- Heat ghee or oil till smoking point β¨οΈ
- Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves to the hot oil πΏ
- Pour the tadka over the salad and mix π
- Now you've got a complete, protein-packed meal! β¨π
Bonus Tip: Add 1/3 cup cooked Masoor Dal (9g protein) on the side for an extra boost! π²
