  • 1/2 carrot ๐Ÿฅ•
  • 1/2 scoop Unflavoured Pro-Gut Super Vegan Protein Collagen Powder (11.2g protein) ๐Ÿ’ช
  • 1/2 cup curd (Mother Dairy, 3.7g protein) ๐Ÿฅ›
  • 1.5 tsp roasted jeera ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 5 tsp pepper ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • 1/4 cup water ๐Ÿ’ง

  • 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds ๐ŸŒฑ
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds โšช
  • 3 sprigs curry leaves ๐ŸŒฟ

  1. Peel and cut cucumber and carrot ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ•
  2. In a bowl, take 1/2 cup curd, jeera powder, salt, pepper, and Pro-Gut protein powder ๐Ÿ’ช
  3. Whisk until smooth and well mixed ๐Ÿฅฃ
  4. Add the prepped carrot and cucumber to the mixture ๐Ÿฅ—
  5. Heat ghee or oil till smoking point โ™จ๏ธ
  6. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves to the hot oil ๐ŸŒฟ
  7. Pour the tadka over the salad and mix ๐ŸŒŸ
